• What material is the pup keepsake made of?
  Each pup keepsake is crafted from clear recycled PET so slight surface marks are natural. But it's defo sturdy enough to survive countless zoomies! It is made to tell timeless stories (until it becomes a chew toy).

• How is the fur kept safe inside the keepsake?
  Your pet's fur is sealed securely within the acrylic keepsake that would not open without some prying.

• What if my pup's breed is not available?
  Paw-don us if your pup's breed hasn't made it into our lineup yet! We're adding new breeds (and species) one wag at a time. Drop us a DM if you have a request and they might just be the next star of the pack!

• I only see pup keepsakes in your store. Do you also have cats?
  Definitely! Our feline friends are already plotting their grand debut! We'll be launching cat keepsakes and more very soon. Drop us a DM if you have a request. The more meows we hear, the faster we move! 

• How much fur do I need?
  About a fistful will do! A couple of snips from your pet's grooming session should suffice.  

• Can I request for a custom charm or design not listed on your site?
  We love creative hoomans! While our listed charms are carefully sniffed out, we're open to hearing your vision. Drop us a DM, and we'll see if we can make your idea wag-worthy!

• What is the difference between "Build-a-Pup" / "Build-2-Pups" set and the other themed sets?
  Think of 'Build-a-Pup" as playtime - you get to mix and match your own charms to tell your pet's story your way! Themed sets (e.g. Ready Player Pup) come pre-curated with matching charms. Basically DIY vs ready-made. 

• Can I remove or replace the charms?
  Yes, feel free to swap around just like your pet swaps favourite toys. Change them up whenever the mood changes.

• How long will it take to receive my keepsake?
  Each keepsake is lovingly paw-kaged and sealed with a paw. Shipping within 3-5 working days. 

• Can I self-collect? Where are the available pick-up locations?
  Of course! You can fetch your keepsake from either locations: Hillion Mall or Woodleigh Mall. Please DM us to arrange.

• Can I cancel or modify my items after making the order?
  Once an order is confirmed, our pack gets to work faster than you can say "goodest boy/girl!" If you need to make changes, please get in touch via DM within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to fetch a solution! 

• How much is shipping? 
  Shipping within Singapore is S$5.00 (or free for orders above S$35). Think of it as a small treat to get your keepsake safely to your doorstep. 

• How will my order be shipped? 
  We will ship via Singpost. 

• Do you ship outside of Singapore?
  Not yet - our pack is still sniffing out the international routes! We're working to ship overseas soon. Follow us on Instagram to be the furst to know when our keepsakes start crossing borders.

• What are the available modes of payment?
  We accept major payment methods available on our Shopify store - credit/debit cards, PayPal and PayNow (for Singapore). No bones or belly rubs accepted ... yet.

• I am not a pet owner. Can I request for fur to be added?
  Not an issue, please order and let us know. We'll include mock fur so your keepsake still looks complete. Perfect as a symbolic gift or for future paw-rents in training.

• How does Pawlogue handle my personal data? 
  Your privacy is treated like a secret treat stash - kept safe, sealed and never shared without permission. 
  
  We respect your privacy and comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect only the information necessary to process your order, delivery, and customer support - such as your name, contact details, and payment information. We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared only with trusted third-party providers - such as delivery partners - strictly for the purpose of completing your transaction.
